Understanding Careers at Fearless

What is Workforce Architecture?
Our Workforce Architecture defines how roles, titles, and career journeys work at Fearless. It’s a skills-based model that connects what you do, how you grow, and how you’re recognized.

Why do titles at Fearless sometimes look different?
Titles at Fearless are meant to reflect:
  • Your level of impact and responsibility
  • The skills you apply consistently
  • The scope of problems you help solve
Rather than relying only on traditional tech titles, we use titles that align with consulting, delivery, and leadership expectations.

What does career growth look like?
Growth is driven by business need, skills proficiency, and impact. As you build new capabilities, you may:
  • Expand your scope within your current role
  • Move into a new role or level
  • Shift your career path to better match your interests

Do I have to become a people manager to advance?
No. Fearless offers multiple career paths, including:
  • People leadership
  • Deep technical or domain expertise focused on providing thought leadership
  • Individual contributor roles focused on increasing our impact through growth (sales/business development)
  • Hybrid paths that blend people leadership, thought leadership and hands-on work

How long do people stay at each level?
There’s no fixed timeline. Advancement is dependent on the team member, as the owner of their career journey, but also:
  • Demonstrated skills and proficiency
  • Business and client needs
  • Readiness for expanded responsibility

Why does this matter to you?
Our Workforce Architecture gives you:
  • Transparency into how careers work here
  • Clarity on expectations and growth
  • Flexibility to evolve your career over time

We want you to join Fearless knowing how you can grow, contribute, and build a meaningful career.
