Humility guides us to deeply understand user needs, while Courage empowers us to innovate for our partners. Excellence ensures our solutions are truly impactful, and our commitment to Impact means our software genuinely powers the things that matter. Our values are the active ingredients in building a better world.

Our Values

Fearless' values define who we are at our essence. They unite us, connecting the work we do across all of our entities and creating shared threads of consistency.

These values all work in concert together to create balance. There's an intentional tension among all four, so that we never lose our humility in our pursuit of excellence, lose our courage in our pursuit of impact, lose our excellence in our pursuit of courage, or lose our impact in our pursuit of humility.

Humility.

Our approach is from a place of humility. We don't have all the answers. Everyone is on their own journey, and we have to meet them where they are to move forward.

Courage.

We are fearless after all. There's a different world that we're trying to create, to use all of our powers to improve lives around the world.

Excellence.

We have to be at the top of our game in order to be the remarkable purple cow, and to deliver for our customers, culture, and communities.

Impact.

It's been a part of our DNA since the beginning. We want to be here to shift things for the good of all, and to leave things better than we found them.

We can't go anywhere together without context and care. To truly serve our customers, we work to understand their unique environments and situations. We listen deeply to learn why they are where they are and where they want to go. As we move their missions forward, we strive to be good stewards of the critical resources, data, and objectives they’ve entrusted us with.
