Our Talent Advisors use a structured scorecard to ensure interviews are fair, consistent, and focused on what matters most for the role. This helps us reduce bias and evaluate candidates holistically—looking at strengths, growth potential, and overall alignment.
At the end of this step, we’ll determine whether to move forward to the next stage with the hiring team, where you’ll dive deeper into skills, business fit, and role-specific expectations.
