Because many Fearless roles support client work, some positions may require client review before a final hiring decision is made. In certain cases, we are proactively identifying talent for projects that are pending. In these moments, offers may be contingent upon confirmation that Fearless has been awarded the project. Your Talent Advisor will guide you through this process and keep you informed every step of the way. Our goal is transparency and clarity, so you always know where things stand.
