How the Bonus Program Works
Our annual bonus plan is tied to company performance, ensuring alignment between organizational success and team member rewards.

Bonus funding is determined based on company revenue and gross margin performance:
  • Base Threshold → Up to 50% of target bonus funded
  • Target Threshold → Up to 100% of target bonus funded
  • Stretch Threshold → Up to 125% of target bonus funded

This structure reflects our commitment to transparency and shared ownership—when Fearless succeeds, our team shares in that success.

Individual Bonus Opportunity
Each eligible team member is assigned a Target Bonus Opportunity, expressed as a percentage of base salary and aligned to role level and job family.

Final bonus payouts are determined through our annual performance review process, which considers:
  • Progress against goals
  • Overall contributions and impact
  • Performance within your role

This ensures that bonuses reflect not just outcomes, but the way we show up for our teams, our partners, and our mission.

Additional Considerations
  • Bonus payouts are prorated based on start date within the performance year
  • Fearless may apply discretion to final funding levels to account for extraordinary circumstances, risk considerations, or overall financial health
